Umami by Travail is celebrated as one of Travail's most beloved chef pop-up concepts since 2013. Our menu is designed to share - it's all about enjoying the foods we love that are full of Umami flavor, like dumplings, kimchi, fermented cabbage, pickles, and rich miso dishes We're excited to bring tasty Asian street food to the North Loop, especially with dumplings from our friends at Saturday Dumpling Co.
